Refunds and cancellations

Try it first

The Standard plan starts with three free days, so you can try the studio before you pay. Cancel before they end and you pay nothing.

Payments

Payments aren't refunded once a paid period has started, except where the law of the country you live in gives you a right to a refund.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in your purchase account (the link is in your purchase email, and in the app under Settings › Manage plan). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed after that.

When a refund is due

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Polar, our reseller. Banks usually take a few days to show them.
